After the zone extraction is complete, the document is automatically checked-in.Changed OCR process to set the OCR return property for users tha want to use the scan workstation client from PaperChase for Notes or their own custom imaging process. The following settings control the format of the returned OCR info:Return raw full page OCR results - Returns the raw OCR results returned by the OCR API.

Added Automated Barcode Check-in
Enabled barcode support for scanning. The RJS Imaging Barcode software must be installed to use barcoding.Added a workflow option for batch scanning and checking in of batch scanned documents that have barcodes on them.If barcoded cover pages are utilized, the cover page can be omitted from the final document if desired by enabling the omit cover page setting.
Added default index field setting. If default enabled and the clear index fields setting is also enabled, and an index selection value is entered as followed in the defaults, the selected default value will be set each time a new document is created via File/New. Example: Value~DEFAULTThe value is in the first position and the word DEFAULT is entered in the second position denoting this is the default index value. If clearing index fields, we no longer clear the document type or the document folder after checkin. The values must be entered for the first scan, but after the first scan the values stay on screen.
Added options to edit and store values for the index field pulldowns. User must right click on the arrow in the index combo boxes to edit the index key selection list values. Once values are saved, they will be auto-loaded into the index boxes each time the program loads.Added ability to do offline scanning with WebDocs. Must disable the "Direct Check-In setting on the WebDocs settings tab. Fixed check-in problem that would occur if user scrolled the index fieldsand then clicked check-in. This was causing a problem stating that the folder or title had not been entered, even though the values had been entered before scrolling. The scrolling now checks the correct values and will allow checkin after scrolling the index fields.
When scanner dialog is off, we removed calls to TwainRealize. This was causing selected settings not to get used. When using an HP7450C scanner, the image type always defaults to the type set in the default scanner settings for the HP Precision Scan Pro program. This is a limitation in the HP Precision Scan software.
Initial working implementation of ISIS scanning. Single image scanning and batch scanning are supported. Do not disable the scanner dialog since it has no effect for the ISIS scanning at this point. 2003-02-24

Added document type pulldown for use with Image Server/400 andWebDocs. Implemented AS/400 functionality so far.Can be used with RJSIMAGE libraries prior to V1.13 by setting thePreRJSIMAGEV113 INI setting in RJSIMGSCAN.INI = 1. Some customers want to keep scanning and checkin as simple as possible. The last scan document type used is also automatically saved sowhen a user closes or exits the scanning client, the last scan documenttype setting will automatically come up the next time the program isstarted.
Resize the scanning image control to be the same as the main image control so that auto cropping works correctly when an image is scanned as well as when a file is inserted. The coordinate math was causing scanned documents to crop incorrectly, however when an existing image file was inserted, it would work perfectly.Made a few variable changes in the check-in routine. A customer wasgetting an "Error 6 overflow" at tracepoint 1200, however the documents were checking in correctly. Also removed tracepoint 1200, because the tracepoint was always getting set to 1200 on an error. This will help with future check-in problem resolutions.
Added auto-close after checkin to return automatically to the calling application right away after scanning and checking in a new document type.Added scan document type stored settings to allow the scan workstation to auto rotate and crop an image after it's been scanned. This way any undesired white space on an image can be automatically cropped and removed right away after an image has been scanned. When creating a new scan document type, the first step is to scan or open a new document and then use the Page/Rotate menu to rotate the selected image page as desired. The second step is to use the rubber band selection in the main image window to select the desired image area to crop. When the mouse button is released, the new Top/Left/Width/Height values will be displayed in the main image window. These will be entered into a new document type file. Document type files can be stored in any directory with a .DTPfile extension.
Enabled ability to shut off the batch scan thumbnails if not needed. This allows the actual image display to be larger during scanning and checkin. Some users need to review a larger version of a document for accuracy during scanning.
